(Click on the title above for a video message from Rachel Druckenmiller)

(Virtual Event)

Cost: $30

(Event limited to  GRHRA, Cedar Valley and Siouxland Chapter Members Only)

The seemingly non-stop flow of information, updates and mandates regarding the pandemic and other stressors is taking a toll on you as HR leaders and on employees across the country. As leaders, you’re tasked with influencing what needs to happen and how work gets done.

It’s a big responsibility, so it's important to know how to prioritize resetting your own mindset, tending to self-care, and prioritizing meaningful social connections in an increasingly virtual world. We’ll discover actionable strategies to rewire our brains, so we can respond more confidently and thoughtfully and boost our resilience and that of our leaders and employees.

In this workshop you will:

1. Discover practical, evidence-based strategies to reset your mindset and rewire your brain and body to reduce anxiety and respond more confidently to change

2. Learn how to reframe stress so we can respond with less reactivity and with greater effectiveness – personally and professionally

3. Experience the power of social connection as a key to building resilience and how to tap into your circle of connection

GRHRA is offering this workshop in collaboration with two other SHRM chapters, Cedar Valley HRA and Siouxland HRA. We look forward to collaborating with other chapter members in the State of Iowa!

Due to the interactive nature of this workshop, the number of attendees is limited to 100.
