About the Webcast:

The past several months have challenged HR leaders to adapt to a rapidly changing world, and more change is coming.

How prepared are you to communicate with your workforce through the uncertainty that lies ahead? How in tune are you with how your employees are really feeling? This also impacts what they hear and how they hear it.

In this webcast, employee communications expert Precillia Redmond will share practical strategies on how to keep employees aligned, engaged and productive. She will be joined by two chief human resources officers (CHROs), Matt Krause of Maze Therapeutics and Jessi Marcoff of Brandwatch, who will share their own learnings from the past several months.

During this webcast, you’ll hear:

  • Five communication strategies you need to lead through change
  • How to implement them
  • Real-life stories from two CHROs on how they’ve overcome recent obstacles using these strategies
