Topic: Navigating Incivility: Cultivating Respectful and Inclusive Workplaces

Incivility can quietly undermine the culture leaders strive to build within our teams, affecting relationships, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. In this presentation we will dive into often overlooked behaviors that constitute incivility, from dismissive comments to subtle interruptions, and explore the ripple effects on both individuals and the workplace.

Presenter Bio: Erick Recinos - Inclusion & Engagement Program Manager, UnityPoint Health - Trinity

Erick Recinos is the first born of two immigrant parents from Guatemala, and was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. In 2017, he earned a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies from Life Pacific University and was hired on to a church’s staff as the Young Adult’s Pastor where he was responsible for building a bridge between the Spanish-speaking and English-speaking congregation.
