Negotiations: A Human Relations Approach (Virtual Event)

Regardless of the position you hold in your organization, your workday is a series of negotiations. The ability to use all-win negotiation skills can make all the difference in your negotiating success and is essential to influencing people and facilitating constructive, positive relationships.

This workshop reviews the all-win negotiation model and looks at how you fare as a negotiator. Using qualities of a successful negotiator, four stages of negotiation, and specific negotiation approaches, you will plan for an upcoming negotiation situation.

Presenter:

Kyle Price is a Managing Director and Senior Trainer for Dale Carnegie, North Central US. For a decade now, Kyle has worked with a wide variety of organizations to coach their people to better connect, influence, sell and lead. He thrives in both the virtual and in-person training environments and gets recognized for it by consistently being in the top of trainer evaluations and feedback. Kyle is also a sales leader for Dale Carnegie. Over the past 6 years, he has earned Dale Carnegie’s Global Crystal Award – given to the top 10 revenue producers across the world. He is passionate about helping people by driving emotional and behavior change that positively impacts performance and results – for the organization and the individual.

When not working, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family – his wife, Abby, daughter, Cecilia, and two golden retrievers, Bogey and Louie. Travel, playing golf, being outside, and attending Iowa State sporting events are some of his favorite activities.
