How is your mental health these days? How is the mental health of your employees? Work and life is hard enough but then throw in a pandemic...it's been rough, tiring, stressful, frustrating, etc.

In this event, Denise Beenk, COO of Vera French, will speak with us regarding how mental issues affect employees and their work, especially due to shifting priorities in the last 18+ months.

During our time together, we will...

  • Identify what mental health is and what mental illness is
  • Become knowledgeable about common mental illnesses in America:
    • What are they and how prevalent are they
    • Learn signs, symptoms, general characteristics and factors affecting onset
    • Learn how mental illness impacts the workplace
    • Understand the impact of the pandemic on mental health
  • Learn strategies to use with individuals and groups in the workplace to provide a health workplace that prevents and/or reduces mental health issues
  • Identify strategies to support the employee and protect the employer when mental health issues are suspected
