Presenters: Mr. Daniel Conroy has been the Director of Investigations at Per Mar Security since 2005. He has served as President for the (IAPI) Iowa Association of Private Investigators twice as well as over 15 years on their Board. Also, has been a Regional Director for (NCISS) National Council of Investigation and Security Services. Mr. Conroy has successfully completed the Advanced John Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation. This is the same technique used by the FBI. John Reid technique is one of the most respected and used techniques in the world by investigators Education –1993 Northwood University B.B.A Business Management ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ms. Aimie Finck is the Backgrounds Manger at Per Mar Security with over 13 years of experience in the background screening industry. Aimie received her Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Textile Science. Throughout her career with Per Mar she has been able to put a spotlight on her ability to ability to problem solve with creativity, build relationships within the community, and innovatively develop new products and services. One of her favorite aspects of her job is learning and navigating the various state and federal compliance laws and regulations. Aimie is FCRA certified making her an expert in screening compliance. She keeps her expertise current as a participating member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). Aimie is passionate about connecting the needs and wants of her clients and finding the best process to make that happen especially when tech features can be deployed for positive outcomes. |
