About the Presenters: Emily Rolllins is a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and certified Job and Career Development/Transition Coach. She is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Career Leadership Collective. Darcy Ratermann recently graduated from St. Ambrose University with degrees in Corporate Finance and Management. She was the Human Resources Intern at Marco Group International in Davenport for almost 2 years and is now working as an HR Coordinator for BITCO Insurance Companies, Laura Sivertsen currently leads People Strategy and Execution for Kelly's Outsourcing and Consulting business. She has 19 years of HR experience, with a majority of that being spent leading teams within the Talent Acquisition space. Laura has her undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois, her MBA from the University of Iowa and is also PHR certified.
