Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Cancellation Fees:

• 30+ days prior to event: Full refund, less a 3% processing fee
• 15-29 days prior to event: 50% refund of the registration fee
• Within 14 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.  

Transfer Policy:

If you are unable to attend and are not eligible for a refund, your registration may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than 48 hours before the event.
