If your business continues to struggle to find a sustainable pipeline of talent, high school apprentice programs provide you an opportunity to engage with eager-to-learn students who are passionate to make a career in your industry.

The local area QC high schools continue to grow these programs that can help you acquire and train talented individuals to meet your future workforce needs.  They currently are looking for additional business partners to provide work-based learning opportunities in the following programs: Welding, CNC Machining, Certified Nursing Assistants, IT Software Engineers, and IT Security.

James Hotchkiss, from John Deere, will be presenting how these programs work, the lessons learned, myths, and how businesses can overcome challenges.  He will also share what businesses need to do to become part of this potential talent pipeline.
