We know that workplace issues and disputes are challenging. There are costs in time and lost productivity. They can have negative impacts on your culture. They can introduce legal risk. But most importantly, they disrupt the lives and well-being of your people. It is critical that leaders and HR address these issues in a way that leads to resolution. That starts with identifying the underlying behavior that is driving the issue.

Through discussion and interactive exercises, Jason will help participants understand how to correctly understand behaviors and how this applies to investigation interviews and performance management more broadly.
