Certificate Program Opportunities Through the SHRM Foundation

The Foundation is committed to elevating and empowering HR as a social force through its innovative solutions to workplace inclusion challenges, programming designed to inspire and empower the next generation of HR leaders, and awarding scholarships and professional development grants to educate and develop students and HR professionals.

Description: The SHRM Foundation Getting Talent Back to Work certificate program–developed for HR professionals, hiring managers, and front-line supervisors–is a multi-faceted program from the SHRM Foundation and brought to you with generous support from the Lumina Foundation. This program is specifically designed to equip you with the actionable knowledge and tools needed to attract, hire, and retain individuals with criminal and conviction records. Description: The SHRM Foundation Veterans at Work Certificate program, generously supported by Comcast NBCUniversal, was developed by the SHRM Foundation for HR professionals and business leaders. This course leverages critical insights from subject matter experts and the latest research to equip you with the knowledge and actionable tools necessary to confidently adapt your workplace into one that attracts, hires, and retains both veterans and members of the military community.
