About the Presenters:

Tim Low is senior vice president of marketing at PayScale, a leading compensation software company and creator of the world’s largest database of unique salary profiles and modern compensation software. He writes frequently on the intersection of technologies and business. Prior to PayScale, Low served on the executive leadership teams of various venture backed startups in the software space.

Rusty Lindquist is the vice president of strategic HR insights at BambooHR. In this role, he studies the intersection of organizational behavior, business and HR strategy. Before that, Lindquist spent 18 years as head of product in technology companies in the learning and development and technology industries. He is also a writer and public speaker, focused on human performance engineering.
