About the Webcast:

We've all had to change how we do business in 2020; recruiting and onboarding are no different. The way in which we recruit and onboard new hires looks much different than it did a year ago. Without a doubt, we are now having to rely heavily on digital tools to get the job done. But, how well is your company managing this new feat? Are you succeeding or is progress being halted?

In this webinar, we discuss how to best utilize digital tools to recruit and onboard top talent during a public health crisis. Topics include: new look of digital recruiting, virtual career fairs, conducting virtual interviews and onboarding, and other best practices for the digital age.
