Chris Bayer is a Vice President and Shareholder at Molyneaux/AssuredPartners. Over the last 17 years, Chris has worked alongside employers to design and implement employee benefit strategies. HR Professionals and CFO's look to Chris and the Molyneaux/AssuredPartners team when they want to control cost and improve the employee perception of their benefit program with the focus of becoming a high-performing organization.
Chris graduated from Judson University in Elgin, IL in 2004. He worked in the voluntary benefits industry, as a sales associate and sales manager, for 13 years before joining the Molyneaux/Assured Partners team. Chris earned his CLF® designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA in 2014 and his REBC® designation from The National Association of Health Underwriters in 2018. Chris and his family reside in Galesburg where he is a member of Galesburg’s Noon Lions Club and Past Chairman of The Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
