For years, many working Americans have been struggling financially. Add in the global pandemic and current economic climate and it’s become increasingly clear: Our workforce will never be the same.

First and foremost, 2020 has shown us how crucial it is to support and protect our employees. From implementing protections for employee safety, to changing pay and benefits, companies have had to react quickly. But, these important measures are short-term solutions. Now is the time to look to the future and decide how to support your employees beyond the paycheck.

What can we expect to see long-term in the American workforce? How do your employees' finances and well-being affect your bottom line? What can you as an HR professional do to help?

In this webcast, Atif Siddiqi, CEO of Branch, will help answer these questions and also address:

  • What the future looks like for hourly employees
  • How to keep up with the needs of your employees
  • Ways to prevent turnover, while keeping employees safe and happy
  • Why offering better benefits is not only good for employees, but good for business

About the Presenters:

Atif Siddiqi is the founder and CEO of Branch, a challenger bank that partners directly with employers to help Americans grow financially. Siddiqi started Branch in 2015 while an entrepreneur in residence at Idealab, an incubator based in Pasadena, California, after seeing that technology for hourly workers had not changed since his first job in retail. As Branch's application gained traction among employees across the country, Branch was selected to participate in the inaugural class of the Techstars/Target retail accelerator program. The company has since continued its growth in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
