Future of HR

Nancy Conway is familiar with all areas of HR. As an employee of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), she is on the cutting edge of all things HR.

Where is HR heading? What types of skills do you need so you are prepared for the future? Human Resources can be a strategic partner in every business, but it's imperative you know the ways you bring value to the table.

  1. Learn the business skills to become a strong contributor to the “bottom line”
  2. Review ways to leverage three key tools – analytics, leadership development, and workplace flexibility
  3. Be ready to learn how to more effectively engage human capital assets in fulfilling business goals
