Becoming Strategically Impactful - What Your CEO Wants from HR

Karen Rieck is returning to GRHRA for a second time to dive a little deeper into the importance of being a strategic HR professional. Grounded in 25+ years of experience in leading human resources teams from traditional to strategic, participants will receive advice, insights, and real examples of how to develop their human resources function into something beyond administration and compliance focused. This presentation will be a helpful follow-up to Lauri and Doug's presentation in January. Karen will outline and discuss four ways HR leaders and their teams can impact the organization in a strategic and meaningful way. Participants will gain a better perspective of the expectations of their role in shaping the company culture and deriving organizational success.
