Employee engagement is critical to a company's success and competitiveness in today's business environment. Companies that believe in high levels of employee engagement promote retention of talent, foster customer loyalty, and improve stakeholder value and and organizational performance. Most executives understand that employee engagement directly affects an organization's financial health and profitability. According to a Gallup engagement survey, only 32% of workers are engaged at work; therefore, most employers have a lot of work to do to unlock the full potential of their workforce.

Key learning objectives:

  1. A journey to develop a culture of high engagement that results in high performing teams
  2. How to continually develop and enhance a culture
