 • How has the business climate changed the way you do business or what is on the horizon that will shape your organization in the future? (Ie. cultural, technology, economic, industry- specific, global, regional/local business conditions, etc.)
 • What is the best example of a successful people strategy that aligned with your overall business goals?
 • What metrics should HR or any key executive or leadership team member understand to drive your business? How does your team translate that into executing a “people” plan?
