• How can HR teams or other key contributors better communicate with leaders to persuade them or offer ideas to improve the business?

• Engagement metrics are high on the list of key measures in many organizations. How does your organization pay attention to this dynamic? What have you implemented or plan to implement to address this arguably important differentiator among competitors?
• What do you perceive to be the key driver of change in people strategies in the next five years?

Cheryl Goodwin: Cheryl received her BA in Criminology from the University of Northern Iowa in 1987. She continued her education with her Masters in Criminal Justice. She received her masters from St. Ambrose University in 1996.
Cheryl has been employed by Family Resources since 1987. She began her work with adolescents at Family Resources as a Residential Counselor. She was promoted through the Family Resources system which included a variety of direct practice and leadership positions. As the Vice President of Programs, she managed a $15 million agency budget and increased program contracts and grants by $2 million. Cheryl was named President/CEO of Family Resources in July of 2008. With this position, she is responsible for overall organization operations, 250 employees, and a $10.5 million corporate budget. Her talents and experiences continue to support the needs of the communities’ youth and families.
Cheryl serves on a number of community boards, to include the Davenport Rotary, United Way of the Quad Cities, Iowa Coalition for Children & Families, Breaking Traffik and the Ecumenical Housing Development Group to name a few.
Bill Hart: a regional business/auto/risk/home/life insurance firm serving the Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois region with 40 employees. Bill comes to Molyneaux with over 25 years of experience in Commercial Insurance as both an Account Executive and Sales Manager. He is committed to education and self-improvement and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Bill serves as an Elder in his church and has been involved with many Community Service and Charitable Organizations through the years. He enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Beth Tinsman: a locally owned technical services firm serving Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois with 25 employees. Beth founded Twin State in 1992 and serves as a technology strategist for many TwinState clients. She has been a technology adviser on applied technology to business strategy for many area executives. She also stays on the leading edge of Internet marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), analytics, and leads, often serving as a guest speaker in conferences in these areas. Beth has 30 years of experience in the technology field, including 10 years of experience at IBM Corp. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and earned her Masters in Information Technology at St. Ambrose University.
Rob Woodall: an aluminum manufacturing with global operations spanning 200 locations in 30 countries, with over 60,000 employees globally and 2400 locally. Rob was named the Manufacturing Director of Alcoa Davenport and Satellites in January 2012. Rob began his Alcoa career in 1989 at the Warrick Operations facility in Newburgh, Indiana as a Mechanical Engineer. He gained experience in various positions in engineering and maintenance before moving to Iowa in 1993 to take an engineering role at Davenport Works. While at Davenport Works, he managed several large capital projects and moved into various Leadership roles across Engineering and Maintenance. From there he moved into larger Manufacturing Leadership roles across Casting, Rolling and Thermal processes in Aluminum manufacturing. In 2008, Rob moved to Australia to become the Plant Manager of the Pt. Henry facility in ARP and then to the Directors role for the total ARP business. In 2012, Rob moved back to the United States and is currently appointed Manufacturing Director for Alcoa Davenport Works and Satellites. He is responsible for numerous locations in the ATI Business Unit consisting of Davenport Works, Davenport, Iowa; Alcoa Aerospace Center, Hutchinson, Kansas and Danville Automotive Center, Danville, Illinois. Davenport Works and Satellites are leading producers of aluminum flat rolled products for the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Industrial and Commercial Transportation markets. The combined locations currently employ approximately 2,300 people. Alcoa Davenport Works and Satellites lead the aluminum industry in implementing cutting-edge technology and providing quality plate and coil products. The locations produce 10,000 specifications using more than 100 alloys to deliver to 1100 customer locations worldwide. Rob has a BSME from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from University of Iowa. He was born in Jasper, Indiana, USA in 1966 and currently resides in Bettendorf, Iowa with his family.
